Our client services team manages the implementation of inbound marketing tactics.  They contribute to our overall goal of helping each client achieve their business objectives through lead generation and conversion. Our Digital Marketing Executives are pivotal to delivering successful growth marketing campaigns for our clients, from creating engaging landing pages and social content to analysing campaign performance and website traffic.

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist the client services team in launching and managing and promoting our clients' campaigns
  • Deliver consistently high-quality digital content
  • Writing/creating engaging social/email content
  • Setting up content conversion paths (CTA’s, landing pages)
  • Assist with developing and delivering full inbound marketing strategies
  • Working with the team on new website design and build projects
  • Multi-tasking across teams
  • Work with the Account Managers to track, interpret and translate campaign data into tangible, action-oriented strategies
  • Briefing and liaising with creative and content teams


Ideally you will have:

  • 2+ years digital marketing experience
  • A passion for inbound marketing
  • Social media experience
  • A good understanding of lead generation, content marketing, SEO and customer acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good energy
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude
  • Degree educated (or relative training)
  • HubSpot certified (as a nice to have)
  • Design/creative skills (Photoshop) (as a nice to have)
  • Alignment with Equinet’s Core Values

Location: Bedford, UK (Office) with home working options

Full time: 37.5 hours
