Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Managing multiple client relationships, providing strategic input on their digital marketing strategy

  • Identify clients’ business objectives, challenges, and key success metrics

  • Create, deliver and manage integrated growth marketing campaigns for your clients working with our internal creative teams 

  • Track, interpret and translate campaign data into tangible, action-oriented strategies  

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of client work, managing and keeping track of tasks, deadlines and priorities 

  • Keeping current with inbound, growth marketing and sales strategies, best practices, and associated resources  

  • Planning and creation of marketing automation processes

  • Ideation and content creation

You will ideally have:  

  • At least four years+ experience in Account Management or similar client-facing role

  • Experience and proven ability in successfully growing relationships and creating customer success  

  • Digital marketing experience

  • A sharp focus on goals and results

  • Superior communication and presentation skills  

  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and planning skills  

  • Experience in marketing software, HubSpot is strongly preferred but not essential  

  • Emotional intelligence and strong listening skills  

  • Ability to coach and train others  

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills 

  • A positive, upbeat attitude
