Management wanted a new website to reflect that IE is a workplace design consultancy as much as it is a furniture supply chain solution. The new site had to be better at converting visitors to customers and extending existing relationships.

Insightful Environments were on a mission to be recognised by architects, designers and customers as a leading integrated furniture and workplace design consultancy. They wanted a harder-working website to accurately reflect market positioning, resonate with personas, and be better at converting traffic into enquiries and ultimately, sales.

In addition, Equinet provide ongoing training and tailored support ensuring that IE’s sales and business development teams can take full advantage of the information and tools available through the HubSpot CMS.

Within just 6 months, web sessions rose 100%, web-generated leads were up 54%, the LinkedIn audience rose 60%+ and email click-throughs hit 45% as new contacts and existing customers responded to the content and eBooks.
