ESCATEC Acquires JJS Manufacturing in 2021

JJS's revenue reached circa $70M by 2021, at which point ESCATEC acquired the company. ESCATEC is a global EMS company headquartered in Penang, Malaysia, employing over 2,000 staff across three continents. ESCATEC offers a complete range of electronics and box-build manufacturing services from design and development and certification to mass production and after-sales service to a global customer base.
